Curse of the Desked

Well, we are now a double layed-off household, following the reduction of 750 employees at Autodesk today.  Why do I get the feeling that this recession is going to make the original great depression seem like a parking lot twister by comparison.  Oh, I know why... b/c this time around there are a couple hundred more million people involved and a couple more trillion dollars involved... duh.
